What Does it Mean to Have no Other Gods Before ME

Putting God first is the foundation of spirituality.  That requires keeping God foremost in one's conscious mind.  Whatever you chose to do, to spend your time/energy on, to focus on, that will be your God for that moment-- it can be just a transitory action, but put all these behaviors together and they sum up to take time away from your relationship with God.  Any of the major addictions of gambling, gaming, exercise, drugs/alcohol, sex, food, working, are deterrents to a spiritual life because they place these activities/emphasizes them/places them above God in your life. These behaviors by themselves, in the natural course of life, except drugs and gambling, are not problematic. It is when they require/demand/take over a major portion of one's time and energy to the detriment of spending time with God, then they become a stumbling block to a close relationship with God.  That relationship is known as spirituality.
